Turn ACT! into a Credit Card Processing Terminal Charge.
Sell it! Swipe it! Utilizes your own online merchant account with your credentials, and allows processing of credit card charges from ACT!
The steps to process a charge are quite simple:
-Lookup the Customer in ACT
-Click on the "New Charge" button
-Enter the amount of the charge
-Click “Process Charge”
After processing the charge, you get notified of the transaction results (Declined, Approved) and a history of the transaction gets created in ACT.
You have the option to either have the credit card info saved (encrypted of course) to your customer’s record, or, you can configure it to require you to enter the Credit card details for each transaction.
